Tom Vu

If you think it's possible to make money selling real estate without putting money down Tom Vu has something to say about that. Those that know it's impossible are right to steer clear. Tom Vu is like every other real estate "guru" on the airwaves. He doesn't make money selling real estate - he makes his living selling the idea to people who don't know the difference.

Vu's infomercials were as just as strange as the real estate concept. He constantly flashed images of scantily clad women, fancy limos, and fast powerboats. He used the dream of success to draw in his clients, but his course never really taught anything. Vu hosted some live seminars, which were just as disappointing as the course he sold on television.

Vu recommended a strategy similar to the ones recommended by most other real estate marketing frauds. Start by looking for a property that is about to be foreclosed upon, try to purchase it at 50% of it's actual value, have the sellers sign a ridiculous contract, and then offer a mere $10 as a down payment. Who on earth would accept $10 as a down payment on a home?!

The strategy Tom recommends isn't realistic and seems to me to be incredibly unethical. I'm so glad to see that his infomercials are no longer running. Unfortunately, new internet marketing students are coming across Vu's courses and are asking about their worth. Let me state this very clearly: I do NOT recommend Vu or his products. They are ineffective and will get you nowhere.

After examining and testing hundreds of money-making opportunities and work at home programs, ONLY ONE brought in a paycheck that covered all my monthly expenses. Click here to go to this website.
