RSS123The Real Results System, also known as RSS123, is known as a gifting program. The company prides itself on having a fail-proof business plan that can not be touched by law enforcement agencies. Long time members claim that the rules set by the organization are very strict in order to ensure that members do not conduct any illegal activities. Most claim the program has led them to earn a great profit. Before I begin, let me remind you that "gifting clubs" are not legal in the USA. Those who choose to participate in a gifting club may face severe financial penalties and/or time in jail if convicted. Some gifting clubs operate in a manner similar to a pyramid scheme. In short, you, as a member, will receive gifts for helping to recruit new members. RSS 123.com takes special care to make sure they are not labeled as a pyramid scheme. All business transactions are conducted by each individual and no one passes profits back through an upline. In order to participate, new members pay a small, one-time fee (labeled as a "gift") to their recruiter. They receive a list of marketing leads in return so that they can attempt to recruit their own members. Supposedly, the folks at RSS 123.com provide information on how to report this income to the IRS so that it can be labeled as a gift and not illegal income. While these small modifications have prevented Real Results System from being shut down, I can only assume they will eventually find themselves on the radar of an ambitious prosecutor. I do not recommend joining RSS 123.com. It's not a legitimate opportunity, members are already complaining that they're not making much money, and it will only be a matter of time before RSS123.com is a thing of the past.
