Rich with Google

I recently came across a Rich with Google page that offered me a piece of what I thought was valuable information at a very low price. For only $2.95 I signed up to receive the product, thinking that even if the information was useless I had only spent a few dollars. I was very wrong.

The price was too good to be true and there was definitely a catch involved. What I didn't know was that buy paying for this small piece of information I was automatically signing myself up for a monthly program which charged me for services I didn't even know I was supposedly receiving.

This is exactly what happened when I signed up for this product. I received a CD in the mail with some brief information about it along with another CD that included Grant Writer Pro. The first CD was supposed to help you understand the value of ad placement and encourage the use of Google AdWords.

Later on I realized I was being charge an automatic fee of $29.95 per month along with additional charges. The other charges varied from $5.95 - 47.95 per month. O called customer service to cancel the program, but the same charges appeared again the following month. Considering how many products I test, you would think I'd be used to scams like this, but it is aggravating to call and cancel a product only to find the charges were not voided and that they were added a second, third, or fourth time.

Be very careful when giving out your credit card information online. Make sure you read any small print you find on a page as this is where the information about recurring charges is usually hidden.

Google is a great way to advertise, but Growing Rich with Google is not the quality product I thought it would be. Based out of Las Vegas, Nevada, I doubt the company is even related to Google.

Don't forget - no online business opportunity is worth your time if you can't figure out what to do with it. Marketers will try to convince you that their products are superior, but most of the time all they have to offer is hype and fluff. Don't become Rich with Google next victim.
