John Beck is another self-proclaimed real estate guru, much like Carleton Sheets. His course, known as Free and Clear, promises to education you in the areas of tax deeds and liens - both known for being very complicated subjects.

John uses infomercials to advertise the Free and Clear course. Upon ordering, you will receive the information promised, but it is very difficult for someone with no experience to understand. As a matter of fact, the more experience you have with tax liens, the easier it will be to understand. Knowledge of specific county regulations is a plus as well. You must travel from state to state to take part in tax lien auctions in person, and the odds of actually getting one of these properties "Free and Clear" are under 1%, if that.

Not long after purchasing the course I received a phone call from a man who wanted to help me get my business off the ground.
