GTI has received accreditations from quite a few professional organizations, including HEDNA, ARC, ARTA, IATAN, and ARC. These organizations are part of the reason why your members will be able to get discounts on hotel packages, plane tickets, and car rental fees. Many similar sites claim they can get you these discounts but do not have the professional accreditations to make those promises into a reality.

The folks at Global Travel International are prepared to offer you a free trial so that you can test their services for one month. After that, you'll be charged a one time fee of $49.95, which is absolutely non-refundable. There are, of course, dozens of people who failed to read the fine print and were angry that they could not get a refund after their free trial period had expired. They've decided to accuse the company of operating a SCAM, but I doubt those people read the terms of service before taking advantage of the free trial offer. As with any company, I recommend proceeding with caution and keeping track of your free trial end date.
