David Bach

David Bach is a well known financial adviser. His expertise has led him to write several books on the topic of money management as well as to create a brand of financial education packages and seminars under his own brand, Finish Rich. Many of David’s books have made it to the best seller list for long periods of time, including “The Automatic Millionaire.”

Most of the new entrepreneurs who have come across David Bach’s systems want to know whether or not what he has to offer is really helpful. After having read a few of his books, I felt as though most of them offered similar information and the books were not as unique as they could have been.

Bach’s first book, “Smart Women Finish Rich,” was the first book He wrote and best of all of the books I took the time to read. As a matter of fact, I feel as though it’s the only book written by Bach anyone should ever spend any time with. David offered sound financial advice and shared information on how to invest in real estate.

Some of the information David writes about is very beneficial to young couples and those who are looking to purchase their first home. He compiles common financial advice into one resource, including how to keep records regarding expenses, how to stop excessive spending patterns, and how to save for the long term future.

Critics life myself have pointed out some flaws in Bach’s ability to give real estate advice. All of his advice is based on the idea that real estate will always appreciate in value. In the late 90’s and early 2000’s, it could be viewed as reasonable for a financial advisor to advise an individual or couple to obtain an “interest only” loan, purchase real estate. Unfortunately, today’s declining economy and lowering real estate values proves that this is not always the case. Buying property can not always be described as a sure-fire way of accumulating income.

While his real estate advice is far from sound, Bach does give reasonable advice on how to handle money efficiently and establish a reasonable savings. Some critics feel that David Bach has merely compiled common knowledge and called it a book, while others claim to have needed the financial wake up call.

After examining and testing hundreds of money-making opportunities and work at home programs, ONLY ONE brought in a paycheck that covered all my monthly expenses. Click here to go to this website.
