Cashflow Business
Are you being bombarded by information about Cashflow Business and how you can earn tons of quick cash by participating in it? If so, STOP and read this review. I'd hate to see you waste your time and money on another scam.
Most cashflow business promise to teach you how to earn money by focusing on real estate transactions. Most of these programs are bogus and ask you for a huge initial investment before allowing you access to the information they promise. There are tons of other methods you can use to increase your cash flow without wasting the amount of time and money these people want to suck out of you. Some programs to avoid include Real Estate Note Brokering Businesses and buying and selling notes associated with cars, boats, mobile homes, etc. Stay away from Russh Dalbey's "Winning in the Cash Flow Business," as well as from other "experts" such as Wade cook and Robert Allen.
I have found that the marketing material designed to promote these programs lacks any accurate information. The worst part is the lie about how quickly you can make a profit. Programs like this take TIME - more time than you're willing to spend, I am sure. You will never turn over a profit by simply making a few phone calls from the comfort of your recliner in your spare time. This market is extremely competitive and you'd have to devote hours and hours to the process.
Thousands of people are trying to make money with similar programs and none of them are achieving the results they thought they would. Seriously. If it was THAT easy to make money, the companies promoting these programs wouldn't waste their time on infomercials and advertising. They would instead spend their time buying and selling notes. They don't. They don't do what they're telling you to do because they know how difficult it really is.
Take a trip to the library if you really want to get involved. Between the library and your favorite bookstore you should be able to gather all of the information you need in order to get started, and you'll pay much less than the cash flow "gurus" will charge you. Let me make one point clear, though - there are much more effective ways of increasing your cash flow than by participating in cashflow business.
These systems are known for asking for large upfront investments and then asking for even larger investments for training seminars. I receive regular complaints from individuals who have become involved in these systems only to realize they had made financial investments that would never be recouped.
There are tons of business opportunities available on the internet and many of them are more effective at increasing cash flow than these business scams. You can make money on your own without spending thousands of dollars on useless training seminars.
After examining and testing hundreds of money-making opportunities and work at home programs, ONLY ONE brought in a paycheck that covered all my monthly expenses.
